She has designed, implemented and led high performance work teams to achieve challenging objectives in response to dramatic market changes and increased competition.

Sheila also achieved strong performance and profitability results as a senior leader for a number of Verizon and GTE organizations. In addition, her commitment to community service has been evidenced through her service on behalf of the United Way, Pennsylvania and Washington Business Roundtables – as well as Penn State and Edinboro University. |

She received her BA from the University of California at Berkeley, her MBA from the University of Hawaii and her JD from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Sheila and her husband, Dan MacHutta, reside in Dallas, TX. She has two grown children.
