NAVIGATING THE CORPORATE POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT (GETTING ALONG AND GETTING AHEAD)

Key discussion topics include the importance of interpersonal skills. This includes managing your boss, developing your supervisory skills and style, and promoting teamwork. It also includes the effective communication of goals and results to gain cross-organizational awareness, understanding and buy-in. A major emphasis is placed on how to accomplish these priorities while maintaining an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethics.
